Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe that our product has not delivered the expected results, despite following the instructions provided in our "How to Use" videos available on our official facebook page @wexyy, you may request a refund.

To initiate a refund request, please send us:

  • A clear photograph of the product.
  • A photograph of the courier label.
  • A short video demonstrating the application of the wax.

Once we receive and review the required information, we will proceed with processing your request. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0300-8476456. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours. The refunded amount will be transferred directly to the bank account provided by the customer.

Returning Unused Products

If you have purchased multiple units and wish to return any unused items, you may send them back to us through any courier service of your choice. Once the returned products are received, we will issue a refund for the product value only. Please note that courier and shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Simply send us a clear photograph or short video showing the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped free of charge.
