Delivery Within Pakistan

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including TCS, Call Courier, and other reputable logistics providers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment through SMS.

For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), our Customer Care Team may contact you via phone call or SMS for order verification. Orders that remain unverified for more than 3 days may be cancelled automatically.

Verified orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days and are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free delivery across Pakistan on orders above Rs. 4,500.

International Orders

We proudly serve customers worldwide. All international orders are shipped through reliable courier partners, and a tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

International customers will receive:

• An order confirmation and sales invoice via email.
• Shipment and tracking notifications via email.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. WEXYY shall not be held responsible for delays or additional charges arising from customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
